A search can be performed by selecting the business type, keyword, name, address, city, or zip code. Users can rate and review the businesses in the directory. With the help of Google Maps users can quickly locate the businesses. BlackQuarter was launched in 2012 by Oliver Broadus, an entrepreneur and writer.
