Giant Bombs are items from The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures. These massive bombs cannot be used by Link and are only used by Shadow Link for obstacle purposes. Additionally, they can sometimes be found in Treasure Chests. If Link encounters a Giant Bomb, he must escape it by moving to another screen, entering a house or cave, diving underwater, or falling into a hole leading to a level below. If Link is still on-screen after the ten seconds have expired, he will be instantly killed. The effects of the bomb temporarily distort the appearance of the area.
