Lassorn is a wounded sailor who, during the time of Ultima IV, can be found in Serpent's Hold. The Stranger finds him recuperating in the Courage Healer after being to sole survivor of shipwreck of the HMS Cape. As Noxum suggests he knows where the HMS Cape went down; in deep waters of the bay in the Cape of Heroes. That is where the Stranger can find the wheel.
