The Vizard do not actually hate the Shinigami; they possibly feel a touch betrayed that, after they were used as experiments, their former comrades ordered them destroyed rather than trying to help them, and as such they would have no reason to trust the Shinigami or wish to rejoin their ranks. As for Humans...the Vizard are former Shinigami, and as such, I seriously doubt that they would hate Humans any more than a non-Hollowfied Shinigami would. Hiyori is the only Vizard shown saying she hates humans and Shinigami
