Camp Sergeant Spooky Smith is a training camp located in a very rocky region of North America (in modern day Canada). Juan Rico's unit is transferred from Camp Currie to Camp Sergeant Spooky Smith where they are trained in mountain climbing and use simulated wargames in their Power Armor.
