The Crataxian Extraplanetary Fleet (or CEF) was the organization on Crataxia which ran, created, overlooked, and thereby handled all activities associated with Crataxias deep space operations (and creation of ships). The organization was created in 2320, 7 years before the first warp vessel, at this time they only monitored their [the crataxians] interplanetary facilities.
