Corey Llewellyn is an African-American record executive born on January 3, 1979. In 1998, Llewellyn founded a digital management company entitled Digiwaxx Media and in 2006, he founded the hip hop record label, American King Music with Mims. In late 2006, he helped American King Music establish an exclusive distribution deal with Capitol Records and in early 2008, negotiated ending the deal with Capitol and moving to Geffen Records.
