Nadiri Dockyards was a starship manufacturing company located deep inside the Bormea sector. Aligned with the New Republic following the Battle of Endor, it constructed multiple classes of capital ships for the New Republic Starfleet, all built from disassembled captured Imperial spacecraft. One of these classes was the Starhawk-class battleship.
