Scott Truman is a young motorcycle racer who attacked by the deadly Mu Empire, which has mysteriously resurfaced after billions of years. He life is saved by the equally mysterious Doctor K, who grants his special powers that enable him to become a tiger-like superhero with a cry of 'Tiger Spark!' He then sets out to battle the evil Mu Empire.
