Heavyweight (no real name known) is a member of the Empire City Guard. We don't know much about her power set. She appears to be a density changer, which may help explain how she manages to move with the grace of a ballerina despite her female-bodybuilder physique. She is good friends with Dr. Thunder, and, as a mutant, has a lot of distrust of Humanity First!
