Burnballs were wax spheres used as weapons by the Killiks of the Colony. The Killiks loaded the spheres with the chemical hanpat. When launched upon enemy forces, the spheres ruptured upon impact. The chemical, which ignited instantaneously with air contact, was thrown across a large area with each rupture.
