Gorin was a human male who served as an admiral in the naval forces of the Galactic Empire during the Galactic Civil War. He commanded the Imperial I-class Star Destroyer Intimidator while it was stationed above the planet Scarif and was killed during the Battle of Scarif when the Alliance to Restore the Republic Hammerhead corvette Lightmaker forced the Star Destroyer Persecutor to collide with the Intimidator.
