Tyra Noon was a female Jedi Master who served as the Head Librarian for the Jedi Order. She was a wise Jedi Master, and trained several apprentices, most noticeably Tarbecca. That apprentice, coincidentally, trained Vikro's brother Tyler Vos. When she retired, she was replaced by Vikro Vos, perhaps the most talented Librarian the Order would see. Tyra died shortly after the Order's relocation peacefully in her sleep, content to know that all was well. She did not have any knowledge of the deaths on Bakura in the Invasion of Bakura.
