Enemies Explode is a master-level Destruction spell in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Upon impact, it inflicts 70 points of fire damage to all targets within 20 feet of the spell for 1 second, and 5 points of fire damage to all targets within 10 feet of the spell for 5 seconds.
