CC-3141 was the commander of the 314th legion. The Kaminoans chose him for special training from Alpha 17. He there got so good that he was chosen to fight alongside Delta Squad, but something came up. The commander of the 314th Legion was killed in battle and the 314th needed a leader. The Kaminoans brought in Joe McBlaster to help them pick out the eligible troops to replace the dead commander.
