He is the owner of Adohi Gaming Casino, which was eventually used for money laundering, in affiliation with Raymond Tusk and Xander Feng. His direct involvement was never mentioned, but Ayla Sayyad, The Wall Street Telegraph journalist, became an indirect Frank's tip of searching first at Lanagin's casino.
