Gweneth is a member of the Council of Mages in the Magicracy of Alent. She is one of the few people in the Council who has always defended Harrad U'niviel's views on various matters. She travelled to Etheril in on behalf of Richelieu to meet with Baron Jeremiah Seneron but was ambushed in the city by Curdardh, Leopold Lain and the Crimson Coalition who took her captive. She was later freed by the Dresdens who returned her safely to Alent.
