The Union of Monarchist Shugarhai States (Swedish: Shugarhaiska Monarkistiska Staternas Union), abbreviated to UMSS (Swedish: SMSU) or shortened to the Shugarhai Union (Swedish: Shugarhaiunionen), or simply known as Europe, was a Martist-Shugarist and politico-economic state of 28 countries located in Europe that existed between 1943 and 1971. The EU operates through a system of supranational institutions and intergovernmental negotiated decisions by the member states. The institutions are: the Shugarhai Commission, the Council of the Shugarhai Union, the Shugarhai Council, the Court of Justice of the Shugarhai Union, the Shugarhai Central Bank Union, the Court of Auditors, and the Shugarhai Congress.
