E1M2: Toxin Refinery is the second level of Phobos: Anomaly Reborn and was released in 2003, created and designed by Christopher Lutz. Phobos: Anomaly Reborn won a Cacoward in same year and was included in Doomworld's Top 100 WADs of All Time article.
