Phyllis Groves was an identity adopted briefly by Phantom Girl when visiting the 20th century. She, together with Triplicate Girl (as 'Tina Glenn') and Shrinking Violet (as 'Sharon Vaughan') masqueraded as trainee reporters and asked Lois Lane (who had never met the Legion at this point) to help them, which she agreed to do. During their day together, they each secretly assisted Lois in escaping danger, which led to Lois declaring afterwards that it was her 'luckiest day'.
