He was born in Sofasi and raised by his single mom, Anna Maria Szisz. He went to the Rider Primary School. Kucharski played for Oaks of Kinley from 2010-2013 and joined FC Caltrava in the winter. In the WFC 2012, held in Brunant, Kucharski was one of the top scorers, with three goals in three different matches against Mauritius, Singapore and Guadeloupe.
