Patterson appeared in A Nightmare on Elm Street: The Dream Child as a little girl. She starred in the made-for-video series, Secret Adventures. She has appeared in numerous television shows. Marnette Patterson starred as Nicole Farrell on the TV series, Something So Right, Lori Lansford on the show, Movie Stars, and Christy Jenkins on Charmed. Patterson was also a Junior Vocalist Winner on Star Search in 1989.
