Today is Cream's 7th birthday! When Amy and Tiff are aware about this, they are also told to bring a cake over to the party. In fact, they, along with Kirby, make two cakes -- a heart-shaped chocolate cake with red icing on top, and a strawberry shortcake (that Kirby originally tries to make with just strawberries).
