Dr. Karen Newton, also referred to as Doc Newton, was one of the senior officers of the Jupiter Mining Corporation spaceship Red Dwarf. Doc Newton was the Chief M.O., or chief medical officer, and under her command was a small medical team and the Medi-Bot.
