The Chaos talisman can be used on the wicked hood, giving the hood two free teleports to the chaos altar, and 5 free chaos runes every day. This will consume the talisman. Chaos talismans can be bought from the Runecrafting Guild or obtained as a drop from creatures that have access to the Rare drop table as well as a dedicated drop from monsters in the Abyss and Abyssal Area (including Abyssal demons).
