The Queen of Highlord is a title given to the ruling Highlord on Nelwick and due to her lengthy reign, Isenel was the first to hold the title and has for nearly 1,000 years GST. The title was first awarded to Isenel in 20,432 shortly after the Helics exposed the Highlords to interstellar society. The role of the office varies from the King of Highlord, in that it is geared for public affairs, diplomacy, and statesmanship whereas the King's role is military, law and defense.
