The Bridge to Life is a bridge across the River of Death to the east of the Boathouse. It leads the way into the Swamp. When Connor first discovered it the bridge was raised so he could not cross. He was able to throw the Hammer of Azriel to hit a mechanical lever on the other side of the river to lower the bridge. It worked well and the bridge was lowered.
