The Bocca Scale was a method measuring ripples in time. Kartz and Reimer's experimentation measured 0.4. (TV: The Two Doctors) noted that a time fissure over which an English country house had been built gave a reading of approximately point two on the Bocca scale. (PROSE: Housewarming) When the Exemplar exploded, it caused a rupture in the Time Vortex, creating time spillage which initially measured 3.1 on the Bocca scale and rose as high as 8.1.
