Courier Sasuke delivers messages between towns, but has been stopped in Oosumi Plains West due to a sprained ankle. He calls out for help from anyone and the player arrives to help him acquire the supplies to make a temporary splint. After making the splint he thanks the player for the help and continues on his way delivering messages.
