Doo Sohn Poong Cha is a cartwheel used in Martial arts for covering large amount of distances either in attacking or retreating situations. They are also used as a methoed of attack. Martial Arts cartwheels differ to gymnastic cartwheels because they are not always done vertically. When used as a kick, the cartwheel is done on a horizontal plane.(think of doing a jump round kick from your back leg and following it with a half spin kick or hook kick).
