Usage stats on Tracking Ring

an Entity in Data Space: dbkwik.org

A tracking ring is a device used to observe its wearer's location. The small ring can be attached to a person, usually on their leg but presumably also their arm or neck, and their whereabouts can be tracked by a central navigation system. To ensure that the unwitting victim can not break free of this surveillance or attack whoever put it there, the ring is programmed to electrocute its wearer if they try anything untoward.
