This villain is a recurring in the Venture Bros. television show. He seems to have at least some magic powers, as he was seen using some form of telekinesis to help rebuild the Cocoon (see picture above). However, he does not seem to be one of the Brimstone Assembly, or at least he was not seen at their 331st annual meeting. The symbol that adorns his top hat is a hazardous materials.
