Long sleeves, gathered at top, are perforated for short sleeves and pleated at lower edge. Culotte closed at left side is perforated for shorter length; upper edge finished with two piece fitted yoke. Patch pockets optional. Three piece girdle closed at front with novelty hook and eyes. Band is attached to hat brim and tied at back.
