Dmitry Oblastikov is a Jadukan politician who served as the Prime Minister of Jaduka from January 14 to February 3, 2010. Personally appointed by King Domo De Dovo, Oblastikov was the first Jadukan Prime Minister. Although official ties between Jadukan independence and Oblastikov are foggy and unconfirmed, it is rumored that Domo De Dovo and Oblastikov worked closely together in the months leading up to secession. Currently, Oblastikov serves as the Minister of Representation for the Northern Jadukastat and the Jadukan Minister of Culture.
