Manas & Ayus are Voldo's signature weapons, a matched pair of katars he combines with his unique combat style to deadly efficiency. He uses these weapons in Soulcalibur II, Soulcalibur III, Soulcalibur IV, and Soulcalibur V. They are said to have been found by Voldo's beloved master Vercci after sending his fleet on the hunt for Soul Edge, and have been Voldo's go-to weapons ever since his master's death. As Voldo's default weapons, they are well-balanced and have no weaknesses or special effects. To the untrained eye, the katars appear identical, and it isn't clear which is Manas and which is Ayus.
