Ron Cobb was a man who lived in the West Everett Estates before the Great War. He managed to survive the nuclear detonation, but like many others, suffered the terrible side-effects. After coming out of his bunker, Wayne Tournquist tried to make contact with his neighbors, only to be met by Ron's gun. Just as he was about to shoot Wayne, Lance Ames shot him in the head.
