Luroin Vevlin was a male Vrot and a Mandalorian Neo-Crusader. He was responsible for killing Crisan Kenobi Solo's parents who were on a peaceful mission to Mandalore. He didn't let his species' small stature get in the way of becoming Mandalore. He was later killed by Crisan, after he had become Darth Verraeter, and the Mandalorians were soon under the control of Luroin's former lieutenant Gotah Miillk.
