The flag of Belgorod Oblast is divided with a dark blue cross into four equal parts: white (top-hoist), green (top-fly), red (bottom-hoist) and black (bottom-fly). The coat of arms of the oblast lies in the centre of the white (canton) part of the flag. Length/width ratio is 2:3. Coats height is 1/3 of the flag width. Width of a cross arm is 1/11 of the flag width.
