Circular River was a river channel that ran through Raccoon City. Starting in the Arklay Mountains as a number of streams, the river is first named as such on maps just after a tributary to the north of Raccoon Park. The river continued southwards past Incineration Disposal Plant P-12A and under Raccoon; Flower and Ennerdale Streets, effectively cutting the city in two.
