Colin Ledger was a British investment banker and the former fiancé of NYPD Detective Megan Wheeler. They met while Wheeler was in England for a case and fell in love, and by the time Wheeler returned to her desk at the 31st Precinct, they were engaged. It was not to be, however, as Colin turned out to have committed fraud, embezzlement, and money laundering. He was apprehended by the FBI and is currently serving an eleven-year sentence.
