In order to begin down the path to receive your Unicorn Mount you must first reach at least level 21 and head over to Silverlake. On the Island of the Zar you will find a population of Zar cultists who are all level 23-24, 3 dot mobs. Begin killing them until you're able to get a Unicorn Horn to drop. After right-clicking the quest item you will begin your first quest in this series.
