Judge Deliberata was leading a guard detail that were escorting Ultra Magnus, Kup and Spike Witwicky to their judgment when the Autobots and human managed to escape and take him prisoner. The Quintessons, however, merely sentenced him to death. Judge Deliberata applauded his fellow Quintessons' judgment and accepted his fate gracefully.
