Parts Recovery Technicians are part of the pre-XT-002 Deconstructor trash. They place down a moderately large yellow shield. Robots within the shield are given a buff which will regenerate their health very quickly. Move all mobs out of the shields as they are placed down. Recovery Technicians are the most dangerous mobs. Destroy these first.
