Bishan is a HDPS-controlled digital creature, seen in the Farscape mini-series "The Peacekeeper Wars". Bishan is the cousin of the former Hynerian Dominar Rygel XVI. Bishan sends a holographic message to Rygel that reaches him aboard Moya during the height of the ongoing intergalactic war raging between the Scarrans and the Peacekeepers. Bishan pleads for Dominar Rygel XVI to return to his home planet of Hyneria and help to unite the over 16 billion subjects he now rules.
