Lieutenant Sean Wickham was a soldier in the British Army. The Intel Document "Loved Ones" was a letter which was sent to him by Lieutenant Colonel Hamish Robson telling him that his wife, Emily Wickham, was not designated for inclusion in the preliminary stage evacuation. Lt. Col. Robson also tell Wickham that his wife has been transported to a holdover camp in London to await passage on the next available vessel. Seeing as the Intel was found in London next to a Spire missile it is believed that Lt. Wickham went out to search for his wife when a Spire landed next to him and killed/infected him.
