Judy Hawkins played two parts on Coronation Street: Between November 1986 and September 1991 she appeared in the recurring role of Pauline Lofthouse, a friend and neighbour of Gail Tilsley when she was a resident of 33 Hammond Road. She returned to the programme in May 2010 as a Pathologist, ironically giving evidence at the trial of the same but newly-married Gail McIntyre. Her other parts include roles in The Royal, Red Dwarf and The Comic Strip Presents. On the big screen she appeared in The Girl with Brains in Her Feet (with John Thomson).
