The High Priest of the Twelve Gods was a human male cleric who served as the formal head of the clergy of the Twelve Gods, and served Lords Shojo and Hinjo on their behalf. He examined Haley and attempted to diagnose the source of the mental disorder that caused her to speak only in cryptograms. He attempted to resurrect Shojo after his death but failed, presumably because Shojo did not want to return to life. He was slain during the Battle of Azure City by Redcloak after challenging him to a duel between clerics, on what may have turned out to be a clerical error.
