Tikka to Ride is the first episode in Series VII of Red Dwarf. It is the thirty-seventh episode overall. Tikka to Ride features the last adventure of Arnold Rimmer, or at least the original version of Rimmer, as one of the Boys from the Dwarf before he leaves for the series in the next episode. This due to actor Chris Barrie wanting a lessened role in Series VII (although later episodes of Series VII would feature Rimmer in flashbacks, dreams and virtual reality simulations. Rimmer would return proper in the next series, resurrected by the nanobots).
