The 41st Imperial Special Operations Army (Airborne), colloquially known as the "41st Elite", was one of the twelve Special Operations Armies of the Imperial Army Special Operations Command, Galactic Empire Special Operations Command. Headquartered at the 1st Galactic Empire Special Operations Command, Coruscant, it was comprised of approximately one hundred thousand special operators. It was named in honor of the 41st Elite Corps of the former Grand Army of the Republic, an elite clone trooper unit.
