Disinfected Water is a food item that replenishes the player's H₂O levels, similar to its less-filling counterpart, the filtered water and its more-filling counterpart, the Large Filtered Water. The in-game description states that it contains 12 oz of water. When playing in Freedom Mode, this item cannot be crafted. However, it can be found as loot in Vac-packs immediately northwest (the side of your escape pod) of the Aurora.
